Roderick specialises in all areas of employment law within the jurisdiction of the Employment Tribunal and the High Court, at first instance and on appeal. He has over 25 years' experience in the field. In addition, Roderick accepts Professional Negligence cases concerning lawyers' conduct of employment law.

Roderick is also regularly instructed by both private and public sector employers to conduct internal investigations and sit on internal disciplinary and grievance hearings (including for serious misconduct and whistleblowing). He accepts instructions in employment law cases from solicitors and, where appropriate, members of the public via the Public Access Scheme.
