Please ask Arabella for up to the minute availability for court hearings and conferences and other types of meeting. Timescales for provision of paperwork and written advice will vary according to how busy the diary is and how much work is involved. Roderick will typically revert to clients with advice or drafting within 1 week, or 2 weeks in busy periods. We will always try to accommodate your requirements for urgent work where we possibly can. If he is available Roderick can, and often does, give advice to professional clients on the same day. Public Access Clients will need to undertake some formalities before advice can be given, however in the modern age of email and fast banking payments these need not cause any undue delay.
All incoming emails are monitored by Arabella as well as Roderick. You can be assured of a response even when Roderick is busy in court or with clients. Emails received within office hours will almost always be replied to on the day of receipt.
